The excalibur arrived quickly after ordering it. The only reason I am giving it a 4 stars is it arrived with all the trays scratched at the front. I have to say though that the customer service was prompt to respond to my issue with this and they were excellent to support me. I will definitetly order my next kitchen appliance from them.

Juicerville was fast and responsive, great experience as a customer. It's my first masticating juicer, keep that in mind. After a week of daily juicing, couldn't be happier. The Slowstar is as I expected - reasonably efficient with greens, easy to use, quiet, not too much prep work due to the dual chopping auger, easy enough to clean. Well built. I can't see myself buying another one until this one gives up. Great 10 year warranty. Looking forward to having fun with the homogenizer attachment one day.

I was very impressed with the speed of which the product was delivered, and when I reported that there was one piece missing from the order, a simple email had the issue resolved it 3 days, thank you Marcus.
