Very good service from Juicerville. Machine delivered without delay and without any damage by Canpar. It is also an extremely amazing machine. I have already used it for breads, hummus, pie crust, scones, brioche and this is just the beginning. Definitely quite a few notches above my Cuisinart mixer which was already doing a very good job. The way bread is kneaded is amazing and gives a perfect dough, just as if it would have been done by hand. I have worked with a baker for one day and have seen large commercial mixers with hook in action. The Ankarsrum is the very best compromise between a regular Cuisinart or KitchenAid and the large commercial baker's machines. The dough made with the roller is as soft and elastic as the ones made by a bakery hook Hobart mixer.

I was looking for a Canadian company to purchase my food dehydrator & I found this company, Juicerville. I place my order & got a concern when my parcel from FedEx was unable to be transferred to another pick up depot. There was a restriction from the sender. I looked on there website for their phone#. There was only a text# on the site. So I got worried. I sent an email requesting a phone call. 10 minutes later the company called & very quickly assisted me with my order. Super nice man, owner, was eager to rectify the issues with delivery. Once I received my product, the owner sent me a follow up email to ensure all was good with the product. I was so happy, I placed another order for extra related products. The owner assist with my order & sent it Canada post as per my request. I recommend this company! Fantastic customer service!

We as a new small farm in NS decided to purchase a commercial dehydrator for processing. We did our homework and found that the Excalibur line had great reviews and was what we decided to go with. We are the type of people that like to buy something once. So when purchasing something we look for quality and the Excalibur line seemed a good fit. Juicerville was easy to deal with in the purchase and ordering process. The dehydrator showed up fast and in good order. Upon set up and first use we found there to be a problem with one of the buttons on the unit preventing its use. We notified Juiceville right away. Their response was fast and professional, as was Excalibur's. I received an update every day and had a new unit sitting on my doorstep in about a week. Juicerville and Excalibur have made a customer for life with us. In my 41 years I have written one other customer review for a product. I'm not much on doing them but these two companies went above and beyond and should be recognized for that. A big thanks to both of them.
