Had a issue with being sent the wrong item as far as I know the problem has been resolved as the time of writing couldn't be more satisfied with the outcome

Ok, so I know that most of the communication has been from automatic emails and such, but they're still well worded and nice to read. And shipping was lightning fast, which sometimes matters a lot more than it would from other services! ;)

JouJou has been an invaluable lifeline to a dear one of mine while we are apart. When a gift broke, they immediately helped make it right.

Customer service was really good a product that was delivered wasn’t the correct type they said I can keep it and then they send the correct product quickly.

I would most definitely use the Company JOUJOU in the future.

I ordered a charging base, plugged it in only to find it didn't work. I sent an email advising it wasn't working &,there was no hesitation in sending me a replacement. I haven't received it yet but hopefully the replacement will work.
