Joujou stands behind what they sell. I'm a world of "buyer beware" they are safe dealers to spend your money with. This is all the more important due to the nature of the items they sell: it would be very easy to take advantage of the somewhat taboo nature of the products in order to get away with saying "tough luck" if a problem arose. The product when fully charged is supposed to have a steady light. When I charged the product the first time before use I charged for overnight and it was still flashing in the morning. Then I left it to keep charging until I got home at 6pm that night and it was still flashing. It seems to be working in all other aspects though so I’m not sure why its light does not work as expected. I enjoyed the experience and am pleased with the purchase.
