Worked well to tone brassy highlights down. I actually didn’t use this for grey coverage but all over to tone down some old highlights that had gone brassy. Has made my hair look lovely and back to natural colour.

Overall I find the website easy to use. Only negative is that I get loading errors so it has to keep reloading the page I’m on. Only happens to this website..

The subscription service works well; though I still wish I could buy all the products in a shop as the postage system is risky now they leave the parcel on the doorstep. Maybe a redesign for letterbox delivery? Any issues are dealt with promptly; it always feels like a personal service.

Perfect choice , and the free advice on a one to one was exceptional, I have found out exactly what the best options are for me to continue to look how I will be happy with. No rush, so much care and thought about what would suit both my hair, as it is now both texture and cut advice as well as the colour. Lynne was an awesome visualiser as well as listener to exactly what I wanted, I couldn't sort it out but she truly got to exactly what I wanted/ needed. Bravo Josh Wood Colour!
