Everything was excellent from shipping to the results. Hair was suffering due to covid, was a welcome relief to receive miracle mask. Excellent product.

Really difficult to cancel my subscription as I received no response from three emails sent. Hair colour was not as expected on the two occasions I used it.

Great service always on time and easy to change colour if wanting a change.

I have a standing order to receive hair dye; when the most recent order arrived I had to pay £7 postage at the post office as the postage was underpaid. I have contacted Josh Wood about this twice, and each time have received an auto email saying they would respond within 24 hours. It's now been a month and no response, so am submitting this review to see if this gets a reply.
