I ordered a set of 10 plates and bowls from Jono Pandolfi. My husband and I first saw them in California when traveling, then another time. I love that they are hand made in the USA. One of our bowls and a plate came broken, and they sent us brand new ones. Wonderful customer service. I love the plates and the company so much, I ordered some serving dishes as well. Highly recommend.

Plates arrived broken - twice. There's a card included in the packaging that directs you to reach out to Food52 for assistance. When you do, Food52 has no idea about your order and directs you to contact Jono. Oh, and if you want scratches on everything your stoneware touches, these are perfect! The bottom is sharp and so rough that it causes damage to cabinet shelves and table.
