The service was great. I received the wrong items in error, which they corrected immediately. I just emailed them and the response was very fast. I had a great experience buying from JP.

Excellent service.

I love this mug. Classy. Timeless. Reminds me of the beach.

Showed up quickly enough. Would love an option for the future to pick up since I live close enough to the studio. Love the bowl!

The plates arrived in perfect condition and are simply gorgeous!

Great dish-ware 10/10

Quality products!

Great customer service

The espresso cup is beautiful. Arrived as anticipated, well packed and protected.

Super quality product packed with care

I was floored at the quality. Both beautiful and functional. I'm obsessed, and immediately ordered many more.

Love working with them

Great set. Quality product. Durable. Looks great. Feels great. This is not your mommas Macys / Montgomery Wards set, we just received ours and this set is made to last. Pottery / Stone Finish is beautiful and has so much character and we love it.

Second time I have bought from Jono. Love the products and the quality. Will be buying more soon!

Quick timely and arrives safely

Shipping was great best packing ever

Great

Having bought numerous items from this seller it is obvious that great pride is taken in suppling functional, useful and beautiful items. The quality of the items we have purchased is unvaryingly high. When they ship products, they pack them professionally, so they arrive in perfect condition. An absolutely first-class maker of fine products for the serious cook.

I'm disappointed that my plates didn't come out the same color. It is hard to capture on camera but your eye can easily tell that the large plate has a green cast to it. I think it's maybe the glaze being thin and the tan and yellow are mixing to give a green cast. I love the color of the small bowl and ramekin. The shipping/packaging was superb as always.

Very nice vase. Happy it was offered for sale in the purple with the brown colors.
