The packages received are in good condition and the products are of good quality. The shipping times could be better as some items take weeks to ship even though your told upfront how long is going to take. The website could be better if they allowed direct contact and have you the option to type what issue your having instead of the pre written faq questions they have for example there is no direct way to ask for a invoice as there is no faq question about that so u have to ask about one of the faq questions which doesn't apply just so u can get a response from the website then you can type what the true issue is
