Great service,fast and safe.

I never received the handbag I ordered. UPS delivered it to a completely different address, where it was signed for by someone I don’t know. When I reached out to Jomashop, they opened a claim with UPS but refused to issue me a refund, despite my repeated requests. I was left with no other choice but to file a claim with my bank in the hopes of getting my money back. Very disappointing experience and a complete lack of accountability from Jomashop.

Dear Jomashop. I ordered two gift sets but I only received one. The set that was received is amazing but my and I would love to have the 2nd. Her birthday was 2 days ago and no gift set! The OKAY can become GREAT if this is resolved.

I love Jomashop, a business you can trust. Shipping may take a while, but there’s transparency about time frame. Customer service, call first thing in the morning for a quicker wait time. Any complaints on either should just require some patience…. ❤️

Bright, juicy, and feminine! The pomegranate and florals feel clean and uplifting, and I always get compliments when I wear it. Longevity is better on clothes than skin, but overall it’s a fun, pretty fragrance and the bottle is stunning.
