Outstanding! By far the best camera course I have ever seen. It’s incredibly logical, objective, well-structured, and precise. Most importantly, it is visually executed at an exceptional level, with fantastic graphics that make every concept easy to follow. Many other courses could really take a page from this one.

I found this course to be super helpful. It is very well structured and for me easy to follow. As described this course is not about essentials of photography but a guide how to set up and use the camera to its full potential. There are a lot of examples which setting could be useful for what and in the final section some suggestions how to set up your camera for a certain photography. To my mind you don’t need to be a professional to understand the content but I would think that it is useful if you have a basic understanding of photography even though the course it is done so even beginners can understand it. Therefore I think this course is especially helpful for people for whom the R5 II is their first Canon mirrorless camera. Thanks a lot for this course!

I am essentially a new photographer but am also a retired biological sciences instructor. One of my greatest challenges is that I have to understand something to a certain level before I'll start experimenting with it. I bought this particular camera because it was highly recommended by several wildlife photographers I had met on safaris and I trusted them. I purchased this course only days after getting the camera. I'm now up the the portion about the menu items in detail but I have sufficient confidence with the menu and controls that I've modified some of the settings and am experimenting with the camera. For me, personally, that is a tremendous achievement and it is because of John's straightforward explanations and rationale about the various settings on the camera. I have already purchased the course about Canon RF lenses as a result of knowing I will need assistance there also. Thanks John!!

Just Perfect

I've watched dozens of YT videos on Z8 settings, but none of them was a "total" view of this amazing camera. These well written and produced videos filled in all of the gaps as well as reinforcing the things I leaned from the other videos. Well worth the money!
