Shipping was quick, and we love our new cutting board!

I just did, if you offered white glove delivery it would be 5 stars for sure- otherwise. Butcher blocks WEIGH ALOT- so to expect folks to carry, put together without help is silly. People pay extra for white glove- i tried to get it- you dont offer. Now, the table itself, great. Having to find 3 friends to get it out of the rain and into my house and put it together, not so great. Step up your game

I was referred to John Boos for cutting board. I paid a lot for the board and was exited to receive it. Upon delivery, I realized I ordered the wrong size. The boars ia too big for my needs. I called and asked if could return it and purchase another (the board was not unwrapped). I was told I could return it, but would be required to pay for shipping. It is a heavy board and it would be expensive to return. I would lose a lot and therefore, decided to keep it and purchase the size I needed through another company. This was my error, but I had hoped to keep a new customer, the company would be willing to help with the return shipping. I was wrong.
