Not responsive for such an expensive item.

My rockers were posted out on the day I ordered them and arrived a couple of days later. Very pleased with them and the prompt service.

From the point of delivery I could tell by the packaging the chairs were going to be excellent. We bought them to replace two chairs we purchased from a camping show comfortable but bulky and heavy. After doing some research we went for two sunset chairs. We weren’t disappointed. They are excellent quality and the lightest and strongest out there. I’m 6/2 and it supports me well including the backs of my legs. True there are cheaper imitations out there and although this one comes with a 5 year guarantee, this feels like a life long chair. Worth every penny!

I use several of Helinox's products, such as the camp bed with tent, Savanna chair, table. I have not found any faults or been forced to complain about the products, I am extremely satisfied.

Great products for hiking. Got 2x chair zero and 2x chair one. Put the fabric from chair one on chair zero to make chair . 5. Also got the hard top table. The wife and I love them.
