Great taste and no gut problems. Vanilla is fantastic!!

I am loving the Jocko shakes. I find they are easy to digest and not at all problematic for my tummy. I love the taste. They have been easily to use in different ways. I have been able to use them as a creamer replacement in my coffee, also making my smoothies from them, and of course drinking them straight from the bottle. At this point I have had the Coffee, Vanilla, and Chocolate. I can’t give you a favorite because they are all great!

If you are looking for a healthy alternative to Gatorade this is it! It makes you feel great and tastes delicious too without all the very questionable ingredients of the other drinks out there. My husband drinks them now instead of Diet Coke and he feels so much better.
