We all see and hear ads for that one brand of greens but Jocko is the way to go. It is far superior. Sometimes I will just do a glass in the morning and skip breakfast and feel great. I was happy to read in the comparisons of the other brands out there that Jacko Greens has clean ingredients and helps promote testosterone. It is a great and easy way to add a bunch of nutrition to one's diet.
