Easy to ride and quite enjoyable. Need to test out the range properly. Good product but can improve on the rain proofing element as all these vehicles are probably used for delivery , rain or shine. It makes for rider to paste plastic over on off panel and the battery. Hope JI Move can improve on this feature...

The ebike Jimove MC was great but a disappointing point in that the price drop of 200 sgd after cny when i bought mine on the 8th of Feb which is just a few days ago.

Battery can last long, suitable for food delivery jobs.

1) sometimes on the road (below 25km/h), the power will cut off, speed can be lower than 12km/h..

Jimove MC accessory & parts are limited, due to the stock bike weight already max out on Jimove MC, there's no list of induvial parts weight for us to gauge for upgrade of parts without exceeding the legal weight limit. Bike quality are ok but not road friendly, front & rear tires are very slippery on wet surface which is very dangerous & the rear brake don't have smooth braking, constantly jerking & if pressed too hard it will instantly lock the rear wheel.

Been an owner of the JC move lc for a few weeks now, it is not perfect but I'm actually quite satisfied with it, the staff are very helpful, I have had issues but they are very responsive on Facebook and at thier shop which I'm very impressed with, thier customer service is very good in comparison to what I'm used to in Singapore. One other thing I'm not happy about but it's not at all anything to do with the shop but it's more the bike design itself, there is far too much of a delay at the start of the power on the bike and it's very stressful at traffic lights, I've had a few cars hit the horn on me just because my bike is not accelerating fast enough, frustrating, the seat could do with a redesign also, my back side is in pain if used for over half an hour. The power really dies on the battery after it loses two bars also which is frustrating, the shops been great but the bike needs improving but I do understand the government have put certain restrictions. The product is good, but things will eventually spoil, so after sales service gives customer an assurance that even after purchase of JiMove product they are covered for at least 1 year warranty, I would like to commend job well done for Daniel who is in charge of JiMove operations for being quick in responding to customer’s assistance, and technician Simon for doing a great job at doing his best in really help out to fix the ebike, however I heard he has tendered from JiMove, people like him is rare because he is polite, well mannered and professional in handling problems, unlike the new guy his name is “Roller” or something he is very rude, raised his voice at customers and reluctant to find out what’s wrong with the ebike just tell you there’s nothing wrong with it but in the end other technician found out what’s wrong, overall JiMove is a good brand with good product, will recommend the ebike to all
