The 14” wheel is small but it’s okay not a big issue, but if can be bigger will be better. But the main issue is the tyre, very very very slippery when go on metal grating. Never ride, just push the ebike already can skid.

Bought for hobby and cycling as an exercise. Having power assist bike to give additional help when I’m tied of cycling, notice for this ebike the “throttle” is and the pedal. The more I pedal the faster it goes.. hence I can’t cycle for exercise unless I need to reach my destination in a speedy time 😅

Overall the purchase are satisfied with great services provided except free items, given five items as example without clarification only one free item is entitled. It was wrongly treated by me that the five free items are part of the bundle purchase.

I find it odd..I buy a bike but no manual was given to me..no receipt was given to me..2 men delivered the bike..it was swift but only one copy of receipt for themselves only..in the plastic bag is the keys to unlock the battery and the charging cables.

The Speed are not constantly at 25km/hr when the motor cuts off power. it reduces to a ridiculous 21 - 22km/hr on a flat road! We are still peddling and yet the speed is not kept constant at 25km/hr there is definitely something to improve on. Have seen some Jimove bikes able to go at a constant speed and when asked the serviceman of Jimove, was told that the type of motor the buyer receive are depending on luck.
