Really great customer service!

Customer service is excellent!

Smells great & burned great until it got 3/4 of the way down, now I can only locate one of the two wicks unless I start digging in there, but it’s unbalanced now so it’s anyone guess if I’ll get to the crystal! It’s such a stunning candle, maybe this is a fluke.

Shipping was fast. Delivery person dropped it off in the wrong spot and that doesn’t belong to my apartment, thankful no one took it
