Love it. But doesn’t burn evenly

My mom and I got this candle as a gift and we loved the scent so we had to buy more! We ordered 4 and all came fast and undamaged from the outside. When we lit the candles all seemed fine until we put them out and then tried to relight it. The wick had completely disappeared and was stuck below the melted wax. It seems as though in all of the candles, one of the wicks was not placed correctly and ended up slanted, resulting in having only one flame instead of a double flame. The wax is now melted in such a weird and the other wick is unsalvageable. This didn’t happen with the candle we received as a gift and we light candles daily so we know how to properly put out candles. Such a disappointing experience :(

I was given a Jill&Ally candle as a gift. I burned it and it made the room smell amazing. Even when I blew it out, the scent lingers. I LOVE candles that smell great and continue with the same scent when burning. These candles are worth EVERY PENNY. I bought 4 for myself and I'm buying more. These are my go-to candle. And they burn clean....no suffocating black sooty smoke. I want to gatekeeper these for myself but I know what everyone on my list is getting for Christmas. Including ME! Love you Jill and Ally!!
