Not only their pieces are beautiful, Sunaina is so helpful as well. I needed one out of the 3 pieces I bought on spring sale to be sent to a different address because it was a gift and they did it without any problems at all. Now my mom and I both love our jewels by Sunaina!

Can we talk about how amazing the customer service is? Or how amazing the shop owner is? She responds quickly, she troubleshoots anything there goes wrong immediately. She makes sure that you get exactly what you love. My first piece was a gift & I fell in love. I turned around and got 3 more from her. 2 for myself and 1 as a gift for a family member. My family member lost it over how beautiful the bracelet is. I now have 2 of the evil eye bracelets and a necklace and I am in love. Everyone that sees any of my pieces they immediately complement me on how elegant they are. Guys, buy it all. Support this beautiful woman and her beautiful craft. The only area of improvement from my point of view may be the timing of promotions. The two times I’ve made purchases, almost the very next day there were additional incentives or promotions and adjustments were not allowed. The very first time I shopped with you, I ordered two of the evil eye pendants. The very next day there was a promotion for getting an additional item if two of those were purchased. Last week I also purchased three items at the 20% off rate and then a day or two later the promotion changed to 25%. I completely understand that there will always be promotions that fluctuate but I just wanted to share my experience as it seems I must have really bad timing when it comes to your promotions!
