Overall, the service is great and I felt really welcomed. However, after ordering a few times, I am not sure if I want to continue to purchase. There were two purchased items that didn't have descriptions online and they were not what I expected. Also, I found some other sites that offer actual gold jewelry at reasonable prices. I think I rather spend a little more for gold jewelry rather than gold-plated. I am pretty happy with the items I have purchased except for one earring that the post broke off which Sunaina replaced for free although the whole process took a little longer than I expected.

I’m just floored by the quality of this jewelry and how amazingly close to the pictures it is. I’ve mostly had positive online experiences with buying and this was no exception. The jewelry came wrapped in very neat boxes and were accompanied by some delicious chocolates. Highly recommend Sunaina for fusion type and even ethnic pieces. Great quality for a very reasonable price.

My 3rd order of this necklace and bracelet. Going for more. It is beautiful! Eye catching, very shiny. After placing my order, I receive it within few days , nicely packed and no delays. Please on brackets conceder for small wrist size options . That would be the only thing I’m kinda thinking. My daughter love it but it’s way too big for her and she’s 27 years old 😊 other than that we love your collection .

I bought some necklaces last year during thanksgiving to gift to my friends, they arrived a month late. This year its again the same experience. I will not buy from you any more since i can never expect my items to arrive on time. You should update the shipping timeline on your site. This has happened twice now.

I purchased 2 necklaces from the evil eye range and was so excited when I received my parcel. But when I opened it, one of the turquoise stones on a pendant was missing! I looked in the packaging, hoping it had dropped there in the process of being shipped across continents but it wasn't in the packaging. I wrote to the team with a picture asking if it was possible to get a replacement stone so I could fix the pendant and I got an immediate reply from the team apologising for the defect and they went on to send me a replacement necklace at no additional cost to me! I was very touched and impressed by the gesture and service. JewelsbySunaina has a loyal customer in me for sure! 😊

However I rushed through checkout thinking it will use code automatically. But realised later that didn work. As soon as I emailed them, without any further question they were able to refund 50% on my second product. Thanks for great service.

I came across this IG page and browsed through their items!! Everything is gorgeous but I had my eye on the evil eye necklace! Ordered it and absolutely LOVED IT! The quality is so beautiful, it shines and looks pricier than it was, which is a BONUS! The packing was so cute and also included a travel bag for it! So impressed!!!

I'm constantly stopped to ask where I got my jewelry from and always complimented on it. This jewelry is also extremely affordable in comparison to other places. Fast reliable service

I haven't received my package yet so I can't review the product. Delivery time is a problem . I placed my order on May 24 and I still have not received my package and its June 14 today. Its been 14 business days vs the 3-4 business days it says on the website which is extremely misleading and upsetting. The website also says they ship out your order within 48 hours... mine was not shipped out til I reached out (June 7th). The package didn't even arrive for the occasions I ordered these necklaces for so I'm not sure what I'll even do with them now. I reached out to customer service as well but was just told that the package had been shipped. The website needs shipping disclaimers. I'm really upset that I practically wasted $138.00 on this.
