I ordered a wedding band to go with my JBJ engagement ring that my husband purchased in 2024. I communicated with customer service throughout the sizing process. After I provided my final size, an agent asked me if I had purchased an engagement ring because it wasn't showing up on my account. I sent the link to the ring that I have and explained that my husband had purchased it. I received no response. Days later, I received an email in the same support case from a different agent telling me that production was on hold for my ring because I hadn't bought a matching engagement ring. I sent all of the info again and several weeks later received my ring (which is great, I love it!). I'm just really scratching my head as to why the support agents waited so long into the process to request my engagement ring info if that was required to make the wedding band, and doubly scratching my head as to why that info was not accepted the first time I sent it.

The chain I got with the urn pendant was too short and seemed a bit fragile to me, but that wasn't the reason I bought the item and I'm fine with replacing it. Some options would have been nice though.

Perfectly lovely. I have a size 6 finger and opted for two ones of engraving. I have to use a high strength magnifier to read it. My heart knows what it says.

Customer service is phenomenal! There was some uncertainty while providing sizes for the assured accuracy. I may suggest trying to streamline that by having customers fill out an online form to say what size they are. I wasn't sure at what points I was supposed to message customer service, or even if the customer service email was the right place to go, so that would be something I'd personally like to see implemented :) Nonetheless, phenomenal service all around!
