When I first placed my ordered, there was an issue with the shipping label and after several weeks of reporting being in transit, the package was lost. After I got in touch with FedEx and reached out to customer support, Jenny Yoo was able to re-send the order very quickly. Both dresses I ordered were beautiful in cut and material. I was surprised at the difference in sizing. The 8 Lorena dress I ordered fit more or less right off the hanger, but the size 6 Bronwyn was huge on me, and I returned it.
