The company is top notch!

I love the cinnamon maca almond butter. As I'm reducing sugar, I mix it 50-50 with the naked cinnamon maca almond butter. I drizzle it over dry cereal, oatmeal, yogurt or acai bowls or my favorite - eat it straight of the jar. My hubby has taken to adding it to his protein shakes. YUM!

I love the cardamom cashew. So delicious I treat it like gold!

I love your products but nearly half of my most recent order was on backorder so not delivered. I have had no updates about the out of stock product. I am not pleased.

I love Jem nut butters and have ordered them regularly for my family and friends for many years. I was disappointed to discover that their ordering system didn't indicate a backorder on one flavor at the holidays. I would have preferred a prompt email to the paper letter that was included in the box. As directed, I emailed my preference about the backordered items, but I have not received a reply.

It took almost 3 weeks to get my order. I called customer service twice and never received a call back. Customer service is lacking!

I received the cinnamon maca but not the small jar of chocolate spread. A letter was enclosed about this and that I would receive that jar with free shipping. This was over three weeks ago, so…. status please??

Our whole family loves Jem Organics, so we always buy a variety of the nut butters to snick it in the Christmas stockings. Loving the no sugar added almond butter!

JEM is the best brand and I’ve tried them “all”! Love that they have sprouted and Organic. I have the crunchy and creamy almond, Both are Divine!

Products taste great as usual. On line ordering easy. Again shipping has issues leaky bottles which makes me question if it’s safe to eat if product is leaking out. Had a huge shipping issue with last order. Wasn’t going to order again. Against my better judgment I did, and am disappointed. Threw jars away to be safe…
