I am surprised by how much I like this almond butter. It's tasty and hardy. I love the occasional whole nut I come across, and I enjoy the rustic texture. I am on subscription!

The nut butter itself is great, but customer service is awful. Shipping takes weeks despite no warning for holidays, e. g. Christmas. Despite ordering in early December and multiple empty shipping confirmations, the package arrived the day after Christmas. Customer service was nonresponsive initially and then totally unconcerned. Very Frustrating.

Well, I believe I ordered this nut butter at the end of November and still have only received half of my order. I am still holding out that I will still get the other two jars that I ordered for Christmas. I do appreciate them sending some of the order so at least my wife was able to open something for Christmas.

My wife loves your Salted Caramel Almond Butter so I ordered a jar during the Black Friday sale as a Christmas gift. It took you three weeks to process my order before shipment, and I didn't receive it before we had to leave to go to my son's home for our family Christmas celebration. Very disappointing. . .

I've been buying Jem Organics nut butters for years and years. There's nothing else like them. I also like giving them as holiday gifts that everyone appreciates, and given that they're pricey, it's a luxury some friends would never treat themselves to. Nevertheless, I'm finding it increasingly problematic and stressful to buy Jem products at the holidays. In previous years I placed orders only to discover that some items were backordered and would not arrive on time. One year I tried to buy a sampler pack that turned out not to have any special wrapping as indicated. This year again, one item (fortunately for our own household) was backordered. I would much prefer to know when ordering that an item isn't available than to be told so when I receive the box (in which there was a slip of paper that said some items were missing but not which ones--I had to figure that out by comparing to my email confirmation). A packing slip would help, as many companies do. One year in the past, some items were backordered and were unavailable in time to give as gifts, but after the holidays I received two shipments of the backordered items. This makes it not surprising that your inventory does not match your website if you're sending duplicate orders. I really hope that someone will take the time to match actual inventory to the website and make it possible for customers to know whether they'll be getting what they ordered, or at least be able to purchase something backordered and know it will arrive later.

I was initially disappointed the package took several weeks to arrive, but the customer service team managed to get a new box out to me and luckily it came in the nick of time. One bite of cardamom cashew butter and all duress was forgotten. The almond butters are magic elixirs and I had forgotten how exceptional they truly are. Delighted to have the box of almond butters, and can't wait to give them away and share the magic with friends here on the east coast. Also they were packaged beautifully and had no chance of smashing en route thank goodness. Thank you for delicious and one of a kind taste for this winter!

Seventeen days for delivery seemed a bit long. Packaging was excellent and very secure. Products are delicious as always.
