If you’re not a fan of the …. Grey teas then I’d recommend this is the perfect afternoon tea.
Most flavoursome English Breakfast. Perfect blend.
Without a doubt the best mix of Earl Grey I’ve had, and I’ve tried many over the years.
Great service, delivered promptly, reasonable price and great tea! Will buy again
I discovered the Red BerryBurst in a cafe in Oxford. I’ve now ordered from Jeeves & Jericho numerous times. They are in my opinion the best fruit t bags of all. I usually drink mine warm but looking forward to a chilled version in this summer
I have tried endless versions of chai. Powder and liquid. This is the absolute best, as used my my favourite independent coffee shop. It isn't too sweet and I have it in a dirty chai. I also have it extra hot and the barista puts the chai in the milk BEFORE heating. Honestly, what a difference if you use this at home. I am still using my coffee shop, but love being able to sneak in an extra one. Highly recommend.
Lovely and nutty, delicate but still robust in flavour. I'll definitely buy again.
I was recently on holiday in Devon and saw on the menu Mojito Mint tea which I ordered. When it came, it was so good that I searched the brand online and ordered not only the mint but the Red berry burst too - not disappointed - thank you Jeeves and Jericho
This is a nice quality spoon, not over priced. But the problem I have with spooning my loose tea into the pouches is not measuring it so much as getting it to stay on the spoon. Because the J&J loose tea is nice quality with big pieces, it doesn't pack together like the sawdust stuff that comes in teabags. So its not very stable on the spoon. First world problems. . . I thought this might help, but it doesn't honestly make much difference.
DIY tea bags. Absolutely brilliant. I love the extra quality you get from loose leaf tea, but cleaning out the teapot is such a chore that I kept it for special occasions only. Not any more. These are really convenient to use. The tea has enough space to brew and the size will work in anything from a mug to family size teapot. And clearing up is a breeze; chuffed that they are suitable for the compost.
I tried this at a dessert place in NW London and really liked the taste. I ordered myself a pouch to start with. It doesn't need much milk and don't go OTT with the quantity. Just under a level teaspoonful is enough for one cup of tea. Brewed for 5 mins. I really like the taste and almost got addicted to tea again. Why am I not drinking it regularily? As others have mentioned, I'm not so sure how decaffinated it is as I found myself awake at 2-3am after having a single cup in the late afternoon. I'm really sensitive to caffiene hence why I ordered this. But after having a sleepless night everytime I've had some leaves me wondering how decaffinated it actually is. Perhaps the actual amount of caffiene in it should be determined by testing and stated on the description and packaging?
This little spout fits beautifully on the chai concentrate bottles (both sizes) and just makes it so much easier to pour! Also drastically reduces dripping down the side of the bottle!
Absolutely love the chai concentrate, a very warming drink in the winter but equally lovely with cold milk as a refreshing drink.
Despite trying a wide range of teas over the years, I have a stubborn prefernce for builders' tea. But there are times when you want to enjoy something a bit more elevated than Tetleys. This is the tea that hits the spot. I don't know how to describe the subtle extra flavour this tea provides, but it is very superior, without losing the punch of a proper tea. If they made this in teabags, I'd probably drink nothing else.
This tea is light and fresh tasting. Can’t imagine going back to anything else.
I had tried lots of different chais at home & in cafes but Jeeves & Jerichos is exceptional which is why I asked the chap at my local cafe what he used to make it. I’m so pleased to be able to make this at home. Using my Hotel Chocolate Velvitiser I whip up a chai in no time but you can easily just add it to a mug of hot milk & mix for a delicious chai. It’s smooth & delicious with no bitterness or sediment. , I’ve always got a bottle in the fridge & a spare in the cupboard. Highly recommend.
