I don’t like leaving a negative review but in this instance feel some points need to be brought to your attention. Having purchased your African rooibos for many years and being more than satisfied I’m now very disappointed to discover that it’s been discontinued. When making my most recent purchase I did notice that it was called rhubarb rooibos but the design on the bag was identical to the African rooibos and there was no other rooibos option. I double checked my previous orders and was surprised to see I had ‘apparently’ been purchasing this all along so went ahead and placed my order. So there is obviously an error on your “previous order” information. And secondly why have you also discontinued the mid sized bag? Now the only options are a box of 15 or a bag of 250 which sadly I chose 🫠 I don’t dispute that your tea is high quality but in this instance the heavily scented rhubarb element in your current rooibos is not to my taste

Delicious chai mix but it is so hard to pour. I have wasted loads of it. I need some sort of funnel or pouring attachment so that it doesn’t spill everywhere

Best decaf breakfast tea that I’ve tasted

First tried Dales Blend tea in Helmsley, so had to buy some for home. Online experience is as you'd hope - straightforward and fast delivery - and the tea is of course delicious.

My husband really enjoys this tea, so much so only this tea will do. For anybody that enjoys a stronger blend of tea then this is the one to try.

I’ve been drinking decaf tea for a few years now and have tasted quite a few. Jeeves and Jericho decaf is the best I’ve tasted to date. The teabags are convenient. The loose tea works out half the price and is coarse, so very few small particles escape through the filter I use.

Enjoyable breakfast tea to start the day. A rich malty flavoursome tea.
