Best tea ever. Nothing beats it

I don’t like leaving a negative review but in this instance feel some points need to be brought to your attention. Having purchased your African rooibos for many years and being more than satisfied I’m now very disappointed to discover that it’s been discontinued. When making my most recent purchase I did notice that it was called rhubarb rooibos but the design on the bag was identical to the African rooibos and there was no other rooibos option. I double checked my previous orders and was surprised to see I had ‘apparently’ been purchasing this all along so went ahead and placed my order. So there is obviously an error on your “previous order” information. And secondly why have you also discontinued the mid sized bag? Now the only options are a box of 15 or a bag of 250 which sadly I chose 🫠 I don’t dispute that your tea is high quality but in this instance the heavily scented rhubarb element in your current rooibos is not to my taste

Delicious chai mix but it is so hard to pour. I have wasted loads of it. I need some sort of funnel or pouring attachment so that it doesn’t spill everywhere

I'm a big, good old-fashioned tea drinker who likes a 'proper cuppa'. No flowery, herbal or scented teas for me, so English Breakfast and Oxford Brew suit me down to the ground. In addition, I can buy them in a larger quantity which saves me money and means I've got plenty to enjoy. Thanks, J&J.

I really enjoy the enhanced flavours of loose leaf tea. I particularly enjoy the Mojito Mint blend, and my recent purchase of Assam and Ceylon blend. A very nice brew!
