My bad review is only for the delivery process. My first shipment tracking shows as delivered but it was not. The replacement also shows as delivered and it was not. I called customer service and they don't know what is happening. This is frustrating. Who will be able to help me?

Horrible, horrible company..From the time they processed my order until the time it was delivered was a month.. a month out in a heatwave and I live in Florida..even orders coming from China have less shipping time. Then because the order took a month they already processed and shipped another order out. I called customer service, waited on hold for 20 mins only to be answered by someone who is talking to me on speakerphone, had her dog barking in the background and TV on. She said that I could return the order however it would cost me $7 to ship it back even though it was their mistake and took one month to be delivered.. this is unacceptable and deplorable. I told her I didn’t want any other products and she said an order was just processed again and she couldn’t stop it and if I want to return it it will also be another $7 to return it. I will never use this company again.. I will badmouth this company to everybody and make sure I write a review on how awful it is to do business with your company. I am extremely unhappy. Now I have to be put out of my way to print out the label, take the box and go find a place to return it AND pay for the return all of this because they messed up. They don’t stand behind their customers, therefore, I will never do business with them again.

When you sign up for a subscription nothing comes in the box except the bottles so if you want to cancel the subscription you have to track down the info on their website and discontinue. Basic contact information or a confirmation invoice at the very least should be included in the shipment. A passive aggressive way to keep customers from canceling.

Since using Revaree I feel much less discomfort. Itching and Dryness. And when I call to place and order customer service Reps. are always pleasant, helpful, and patience. THANK YOU BONAFIDE!!

This stuff is a miracle drug, hardly ever get hot flashes and i used to get them so bad ! My OBGYN suggested this and love everything about this medicine . Been using Relizen for years now and the customer service is outstanding !

I started taking Relizen back in January. As stated on the website, and by customer service reps, it did take some time to start working, but it is working well for me! I'd say by the end of month 1, I noticed some relief from hot flashes & night sweats, but by the end of month 2, it was better, and month 3 even better yet! And, it has stayed that way as I continue to take Relizen every day. My nights are SO much better without the night sweats! Once in awhile I get a hot flash, but it is very mild. I will be recommending Relizen to friends! Thank you, thank you!

I was very pleased with the excellent customer service. I wanted to try the product but because of some financial and relationship challenges I had to return my shipment shortly after receipt. The staff guided me through the return and it was promptly credited. I hope to order Revaree in the future and appreciate the company very much.

Immensely helpful product and excellent customer service. Price is a bit high compared to other moisturizers, but it is highly effective.

I have tried other products hoping for relief but didn’t get it. The 3 month period at the beginning was the hardest part but it is true that this works for hot flashes!! I did happen to start HRT for other health benefits though right at the 3 month mark but I am continuing with Relizen for now. I sure don’t want my hot flashes to come back! I love that you send out email communications with information, tips and science which teaches us as a costumer and supports what your company does and why! This product is worth the cost and wait!! I wish my doctor had told me about this years ago, instead of me stumbling across this on internet searches. For the first time in 10 years intercourse is no longer painful for me. I am 60 and have been on estradiol vaginal cream and HRT patch. Though these help with hot flashes and other menopausal symptoms, I would be extremely sore for 4 days after sex. Also due to dryness the sex was not very satisfying for me or my husband. I also was diagnosed several years ago with lichen sclerosis so add that to the party. Literally I had nothing to loose ordering Revaree so I thought I would try just a month and see what happens. For me, just after 3 doses I was not in pain after intercourse, and it has gotten better over time. Our sex lives at 60 are now better for both of us than 10 years ago. I wish I had known about this sooner, and I agree with others, please Bonafide do what you can to get this into doctor's offices and covered by health insurance. It is so unfair that our society supports men and their sex lives but completely ignores women, especially ones in menopause. I also appreciate all the articles on women's health. I have learned more from this site than from any doctor's office, so please keep up the information and wide range of articles, it is appreciated. Thank you Thank you Thank you!

I wish I could leave 5 stars for the product and 1 star for the customer service. I take 2 tablets at night and 1 in the morning, and my hot flashes are down to one or two very mild ones per day. Skipping a dose brings them back almost immediately, so I am as confident as one can be that Relizen works. But the customer service leaves a lot to be desired. I asked to upgrade shipping after my order was placed, to get it here faster, but even after I said that I would run out, the answer was No. And I don’t consider 5-7 day shipping on subscriptions to be reasonable, when everything else arrives in a day or two. It is also impossible to cancel subscriptions on the Account page: you have to email or call, and you can’t call on weekends. Emails get an auto reply that says it can take 2-4 days to receive a reply, which is unacceptable. And then, they scold you not to try to contact them multiple ways with the same query or you will go to the end of the line. Hire more customer service reps, and stop being shady about cancellations, because these things are making the company seem untrustworthy, when the product is actually quite good.

I first learned of Revaree one afternoon as I was swiping from one video to another on my phone....I can't remember what site/platform. I watched the video and from there I went to Google to first verify if there was actually such a product here in the US, and from there I looked up reviews on the product. And I read hundreds of reviews from several sites and not just one. I could not believe that (1.) I had never heard of this product, and (2.) that there were so many positive reviews. I know that you cannot always believe what you read, but normally with product reviews you still have quite a few negative reviews peppered in. Well, for this product, not so many! The next move I made was to make an appointment with my OB/GYN to discuss my new discovery and to determine if this could be a good option for me and my situation. (At that point, I had given up on ever again having pain free, enjoyable sex!). To my surprise, she was familiar with the product and knew of others who had used it! WOW! This was unreal! Then she wrote me a prescription for it and I was excited and how well this was going! So, I rushed home to do some more research. I called Bonafide and actually spoke with a live agent to get some of my questions answered and for more product information. From there I went to the website and placed my order. And in my mind, I was excited and anxious for what this could possibly mean for me, but all the while thinking, "Well this worked for others, but my luck it won't for me!" Well, let me tell you, after the product arrived, and after only using 2-3 inserts, Revaree proved to be a game-changer!!! This was a miracle solution to my issues with dryness and pain! It worked wonders! I could not believe it! And couldn't believe this product was available but I had never heard of it! My only "complaint" is the "discharge" when the product runs out of you. There's no burning, itching, or any other discomfort from using this product so far. I highly recommend this pr...
