I was having trouble finding a replacement washable cover for my Jaxx 4 ft cocoon beanbag chair, so I reached out via the customer service app. Within a day, I received an email that helped me find exactly what I was looking for! Now, silly me, I ended up ordering the wrong size, so I reached out to that same email chain and Maggie (the customer service rep) helped me out with the return & refund process like the pro that she is! I really appreciate all her help! Looking forward to bringing my Jaxx beanbag chair back into my classroom so my students can take full advantage of the reading nook again!

Disappointing that the top and bottom of the cover is made from two pieces of material instead of one. That's not clear from the pictures or description. Also, if you want it to look like the picture you will have to buy some addition stuffing. Overall well made though and the dogs love it.

Love the beanbags. They dry so quickly. We don’t bring them inside ever and they are holding up so well. Money welllllll spent and they’re super comfortable too! Would buy again and again but probably will never have to rebuy because it’s so quality.
