Surprisingly fast shipping. I don't need to buy resupplies very often, so it's almost always possible to wait for a seasonal sale or other coupon. Website has improved as well - it used to be kind of confusing to figure out how one actually accesses the Cart and checkout. Regular updates on orders, solid packaging, quality products. I Purchased deep cleaning liquid a few months ago and then stored it. When I went to use it again, the liquid had all drained out. I think the bottle was defective. It was too late to return it to Amazon so contacted the company directly - they did not hesitate to replace this item. I appreciate this level of integrity. .
