Surprisingly fast shipping. I don't need to buy resupplies very often, so it's almost always possible to wait for a seasonal sale or other coupon. I Purchased deep cleaning liquid a few months ago and then stored it. When I went to use it again, the liquid had all drained out. I think the bottle was defective. It was too late to return it to Amazon so contacted the company directly - they did not hesitate to replace this item. I appreciate this level of integrity. .

This stuff really works, it does a good job of cleaning your hat. The only thing I hate is that it’s unscented. I don’t know if it removes odors but after cleaning my hat it didn’t smell too bad but it didn’t smell pleasant either. It was easy to use by following the directions. So far I’ve cleaned a cotton and a brushed nylon hat, I will try a wool hat next.
