Unsatisfied
The brackets did not come with the table. The screws given were too short to fix the tabletop to the legs. Also, the instructions given were the wrong ones and when I was sent the correct ones these were very minimal.

Love the new conference chairs
The chairs are quality made with a metal base. JasonL was able to accommodate to the 18 chairs that we needed to replace our old ones and came super quick as well

No Communication re: returning of chairs
Have asked about the return process as the chairs we purchased are not suitable for our staff. We have not heard anything back.

Structural Issue
The driver was lost but with reason as the perth cbd is difficult with parking. Our largest concern is the product and the fact that on casters they cannot be used as they are top heavy. We purchase with Jason. L as the legs looked sturdy and large to therefore provide structural; integrity. We are looking to return if at all possible and are open to receiving advice on the appropriate product for us.

Was good, not great because the desk has a minor defect and the delivery company didn't send any updates as the 'barcode didn't scan correctly'. Then I received an email saying the goods were delivered and when I called, they were still at the delivery centre. Also, agent said she would email with an update after I queried the delivery status, and I got nothing.

Awful Delivery Experience
The online store was easy to use and our order was processed quite quickly. The delivery process was a huge let down. The company used Deliver-ME who subcontracted the delivery to PicUp (Brisbane, Queensland). We were originally told the desk would be delivered on a Wednesday, so we organised for my partner to work from home that day so he could be home to receive the order. On the Monday afternoon I received an SMS from PicUp saying that the order would be delivered tomorrow (Tuesday) between 6am - 12pm. My partner was not able to work from home, so I asked my elderly father to go to my house and accept the delivery for us. The delivery never arrived, I called PicUp shortly after midday, they originally couldn't find my delivery in their system, then called back saying that it was scheduled for Wednesday, not Tuesday. She had no idea why I received an SMS and blamed it on Deliver-ME. She said due to the inconvenience, she would have my order delivered first thing Wednesday morning. My partner had scheduled a client meeting for the afternoon but was fine to work from home in the morning. Wednesday morning nothing arrives. My partner calls PicUp around 11am and is told the desk will be delivered between 12-2pm so he reschedules his client meeting for the following day so that he can stay home for a bit longer. Around 2:30pm I receive a call from PicUp advising the truck had broken down and they can't deliver today and it will be rescheduled for tomorrow. I decline delivery, I advised that no one is available to be home to receive the delivery the next day. I asked where my item is and if we can collect it ourselves. The PicUp admin advises they have not even collected my item, it is still at the Deliver-ME warehouse and that I need to call Deliver-ME. I ask PicUp to cancel the delivery, and I call Deliver-ME to obtain the details for their Brisbane warehouse so we can organise collection. The warehouse is only open until 3pm so we cannot collect that afternoon. My pa...

Delivery Damages
Unfortunately, we have had two delivery attempts of a whiteboard & they have arrived damaged both times. The packaging & Delivery methods are a bit disappointing.
