This was a birthday Gift for my partner and he absolutely loves it all the fun pockets and it’s so spacious he issues it for work and the gym I recommend this backpack

Horrible , I will never purchase anything from this company again. Customer service did not assist when I called to check on my daughter book bag. The delivery company was fedex which took forever to deliver my package as well. The original delivery date was a week from the order date and it end up coming almost 3 weeks after the delivery date. Never again will I purchase from this company . $40 for a book bag with bare minimum space and not a lot of pockets

Good quality backpack, as expected from Jansport. The Big Student is a a good size and should be suitable for my fourth grader for at least a few years (or as long it holds up). Downside to this order was the shipping time, which took a FULL two weeks. This felt like an excessively long time for a domestic shipment in this day and age.

These products are well made, and last. We buy them because we know they are great products.

My daughter chose this butterfly backpack for her junior year of high school this year. So far she is loving it. The design is cute. The bag itself has the perfect amount of space needed for all her things & it’s very sturdy.

The product was too small, and the materials used were cheap. Jansport used to be known for quality, not so much anymore
