Customer service is horrible. The first backpack we ordered the total was almost $100. They shipped it via FedEx who first lied and said it was given to a random unnamed third party shipper. Then they said usps had it, then they said it was still in the original fedex warehouse in California. Now they because of inclement weather it's stranded in California. Jansport originally said I needed to wait 10 past the original delivery date then could reorder it at the not sale price and try again. I said absolutely not and told them I needed a better solution, they said OK we will overnight a new order guarantee it'll be there Monday, Tuesday at the latest. Monday roles around it still hasn't shipped. Call Customer service get ahold of a dismissive employee who could care less about when I might get the back pack. After 2 I talk to a online fake person (AI) who tells me overnight is not actually overnight it's 2,5 7 days whatever ot takes when they actually get off their lazy butts and give it to the delivery company. So now I'm out 2 backpacks, school starts Wednesday and we have nothing but lies, condescension and canned responses.

The bookbag has lots of space. It can fit all things my middle school kid needs for school.

The school backpack is comfortable and practical. It has plenty of space for books and supplies, strong zippers, and wide straps that don’t hurt the shoulders. Lightweight but roomy, perfect for everyday school use.

Backpack was too big so I returned it for a slightly smaller one. There was no return label in the package. When I contacted Customer Service, they gave me their mailing address and told me to go to a Fed Ex location to pay for shipping even though the website says free returns. With so many backpack companies, you can do much better than Jansport. My kid has an Under Armour backpack for years with no complaints

Meed to do better with the zippers so they don't break after 6 months.
