Jamie Kay have really impressed me with their customer service. Things that should be considered a given are rarely done to facilitate a problematic products return but JK definitely stepped up. They emailed a response to the issue very quickly, including a courier return 'sticker' for the item to be picked up from my home. Which, for someone with mobility issues, was very much appreciated. And of course, the fact that they owned the problem by covering the return and redelivery costs means they will always have me as a customer. In addition, including the Easter break in the intervening time, I received the replacement item ten days after contacting JK and they kept me informed every step of the way. Thanks for lovely items and great service. My grand daughter is the best dressed baby because of your gorgeous clothes.
