I have had good and bad experiences w the products, when it is good it is awesome, but when u have had many products w the sleeves running really short it is disappointing. But I am sure if there’s more people noticing it, something will be done, I have had the experience of returning w them, and it was good, but keep returning w every order u make wouldn’t be sustainable from a customer perspective. I guess stronger inspection of the items is needed if possible. Regards Flavia

Poor customer service. Even with smelling clothes, they won’t offer free shipping for the return item, even they only have online shop! Be careful to read the return policy before your purchase.

Arrived within a day of two of placing the order. BUT the offer for free embroidery of name on ear didn’t happen 🥲
