I received the oboe reed case today that I ordered for my granddaughter and I am very pleased with the look of the case. It is a Christmas present so I will not be giving it to her immediately, however, I very much appreciate the assistance I received in changing my order given that I had ordered the wrong case, as well as the promptness of the refund you processed given the difference in the price between the two cases. Your customer service is exemplary as was demonstrated in the promptness of your staff in assisting me with the change in my order. (I did not notice the message on the website advising the item I originally ordered is on special order, but you promptly emailed me to make sure I was aware). I am in the USA and sometimes ordering from other countries does not result in a good transaction, however, I would advise anyone ordering from you to know they can order with confidence.

I bought this reed online. It arrived as described, the packaging was good and the service was excellent.

Bought prepared cane, Rigotti grower shaped and folded. The form email acknowledging receipt had an incorrect amount and a second form stated- It said we don't know when it will back in stock so you will have to wait! But everything arrived well, in a timely manner and in great condition. Would not hesitate to order from him again- just ignore the "form" emails. The personal email from him was gracious and kind.

Love the case! I was looking for a Cor Anglais reed case that was sturdy, I could easily find in my bag and fit 6 reeds. My reeds fit nicely, the case magnets are just right, and it is beautifully made. This case met everything I was looking for. Thank you!

Easy to play, nice sound.

Very sharp blade this is a great knife to keep in you case. The only downside is being so lightweight can take a lot of getting use do when scraping if like me you are bit more heavy-handed and used to a knife with a more solid handle

Winfield are fabulous reeds both for the oboe and cor anglais. Highly recommended.
