Jamali once again provided great product and pleasant customer service. Just wish the person who rolled the boxes offered to help to put them in the car as he saw me struggle to load them.

I placed an order and then needed to change my delivery address to US as the charge was high to deliver to Canada. This led to some misunderstanding and more than one order. I really appreciate David being kind enough to refund one order and leave everything totally satisfactory. You don’t always find great customer service anymore but I had a great experience with JAMALI Gardens.

All the paints were a match except for one Spring Green, it’s more fluorescent too bright. I was expecting a grass green.

Had to return my purchase. Returned per UPS & they received the items Friday 2/16. I’ve emailed them inquiring about my refund. Got the run around & finally had to start a dispute with PayPal 2/27.
