Faux cactus
I purchased a faux cactus and it was pretty realistic looking. The item was packaged very well, however, two of the cactus arms looked a little bit smashed upon opening. Unfortunately I’m stuck with it as it was a final sale item. I also thought the shipping cost was a bit high.

Product did not meet expectations
Product arrived poorly sprayed and some came broken or crooked. When I called customer service they said they would send FedEx to pick up. Not an apology not a discount for the future nothing. And it is not close to the first time we purchase with them.
