Shipping was 10/10. I ordered 18/07 from NZ and this arrived early morning Monday 21/07 and it had a corrosive sticker, DG sticker and was treated carefully by the courier and packaged so securely. The scent HUMAN, was purchased for my husband, we’ve been a huge fan since 2024 Christmas times and has been in his collection since. The scent is fruity, earthy, bearable and great for all day wear for running errands as well so it was a no brainer to have added When we found out from Jacob Carter HUMAN was being discontinued, we had to purchase two more. Upon doing this, we received the order— the black box with the clear signage of Jacob Carter on the box was beautifullllll and you really paid attention to that, it was captivating. We opened the box and thank you card + the card for HUMAN and it’s noted which was a great touch, On top of that, you added in samples and this was a great surprise and we appreciate it so much, I smelt the summer nectar one, I AM IN LOVE, I’m not a fan of floral smells but this one is one I plan to buy on my next purchase with you, this is because you’ve given a sample that we were able to smell ourselves. REBEL was also on point matching with HUMAN, so that’s going to be part of the next purchase as well, eveyrthing was beautiful and went smoothly and this was our first time shopping with you and can guarantee it will not be the last. You’ve satisfied us with this experience and outdone yourself and we will be back :)
