Shipping was fantastic

Beautiful and well made. The shipping was fast even though our chandelier had to come from the factory. You can order longer wire than it comes with if needed. Don't be fooled by lower cost sellers online. They are not made the same. Easy to put together but will require time and patience. Some tips: measure twice, order once and 2) hang it BEFORE you screw in the starburst rods. We are VERY happy with the product and service. We'd rate this 10 stars if we could.

First, Jade is wonderful to deal with. When I first saw her fixtures online, I called with some questions. She is very helpful and spent a lot of time with me going over the room dimensions so I sized it right. I bought the fixture 8 months or so before my new house was ready. The fixture was crated extremely well! I initially bought it in gold but decided the chrome was a better fit. Jade was extremely accommodating with its return and exchange.
