Excellent, prompt service

I emailed the team with my thanks - Artfix has been my 'go to' canvas for many years! This is the email I sent last week: Dear Jackson’s team, WOW! I want to let you all know how pleased I am with the bespoke 110cm x 80cm Artfix canvas that we received on Tuesday. Not only was the order fulfilled super fast and shipped overnight, but the quality of the stretching was excellent so please make certain that Richard in the stretching and framing department gets this feedback. My order had some specifications which were not standard with your bespoke service and these were followed and fulfilled perfectly, thanks in part to the customer service team who dealt with me. This canvas is just what I needed for an important commission - but due to previous hand surgery I could not stretch this size of canvas - and I am delighted that your standards are as high as my own! Thank you. I am anticipating a second commission so Jackson’s will be who I turn to when I need any further large canvases. Warmest regards, Fred
