“I prioritize my health, and for quite some time I've been searching for a sugar alternative that I would feel comfortable using in all my favorite recipes. Well, I think Iʻve finally found it! Jaca is made from a sugar called allulose that looks and tastes like regular table sugar (sucrose) BUT (drum roll, please) it doesnʻt spike blood sugar OR cause cavities the way table sugar does. AND Iʻm thrilled to discover it has no weird aftertaste. Iʻm now trying it in everything—tea, baked biscuits, soups, stews, wherever sugar is called for in my favorite recipes—and so far, Jaca is batting 100%.
