I am a retired pastry chef, and my husband has diabetes. I’ve tried all the other “sugar substitutes, and while some of them are “ok in a limited fashion”, there was always something - odd aftertaste, tough texture, stomach upset. Java has been perfect. Bakes beautifully, carmelizes, no weird aftertaste. It’s a little pricey, but it’s totally worth it.
