Shipment was delayed across the country for a few days through fed-ex (not J&H’s fault), and one of the customer service reps I talked to seemed a little eager to get off the phone, Harry however was very nice and completely on top of my concerns. Josh always takes the time to answer my questions and has an amazing selection of current and high quality gear for my trips. The selection and price of the products is excellent. The only issue I ever had was when one shipment was delayed to supply issue, I then placed a second order. I requested that both orders be shipped at the same time. I was told to indicate this in the comment section of the order. I did this, and then, the packages both shipped separately on the same day which meant I had to pay separate charges instead of just one charge for one package.
