never got my order

Terrible Service, coffee NEVER ARRIVED. I am still waiting 3 weeks. Now the FEDEX portal says delivered, and yet, I still never received my coffee. Please keep me apprised as to your progress in shipping my coffee that I paid for.

I can’t review coffee I don’t have. A subscription order was sent to the wrong address. Three weeks later, the company can neither refund my money nor confirm the delivery information. They are unconcerned and unhelpful.
