I’m happy to be able to order one of my favorite products directly from the vendor, rather than from Amazon, and still benefit from free shipping and discounts making per unit price sooo reasonable. Would love to see more decaf options available though. Thank you Italy best!!

Great coffee at a great price

Like the Crema e Aroma. But had issues with delivery. My order confirmation said I’d be notified when the order shipped. I didn’t get a notification. After a week I emailed asking when the order would ship and did not get a response. After another week I emailed again and no response again. So I thought my order was lost. I called then to follow up and was told my order should arrive that day. The order did arrive that day so was relieved. This would not have been a problem if I was notified as was normally the case for previous orders. Think someone dropped the ball. Hope it was a one-off because I really enjoy Lavazza coffees and the pricing they offer.

Shipping continues to be faster than I expect. Customer service has been fantastic the few times I've had to contact them.
