Ordered sheets & pillowcases and received very quickly.

I have received my order of 2 x Fitted King Single Sheets. I was satisfied with the service to the delivery point. However, I found that both sheets have multiple holes at the seams and have asked my complaint to be resolved by either replacing the sheets or refund. This is the 3rd day since my complaint reached their email. To this time still no resolve other then to ask the temp of the water and detergent and if I was using tank water or town water ? Very Disappointed Customer. They requested photos which I have sent to them as proof of poor quality and no quality control. These sheets are made in CHINA . . . They plug 100% Australian Cotton Jersey. If the sheets have holes before being titted to the bed just imagine how poorly they will perform when stretched out.
