I always buy these and in some ways use them as a meal replacement for my mornings during my exercise routine. In the long run it's a healthier, faster and cheaper option compared to making breakfast every morning. It keeps me full until lunch time as well. Out of all the flavours, cookies and cream is my favourite, but I also like the chocolate and vanilla flavours as well. Flavour-wise I feel it does a better job than other similar products on the market. I first got into this since ALDI sold it, but I don't see it much there anymore so I buy it online. This time I bought in bulk as there was a special, but it can be a bit expensive online from the website, which is the only negative. But if you find it on a discount it's well worth the money.

Nothing wrong with the company or product, per se, but be aware of the side effects. I have never had chronic digestive issues nor any problem with milk or dairy. I used the VLCD Shake once daily for 3 weeks. First and second weeks no weight loss, no waist loss, but increasing digestive upset. By the end of the third week the "digestive distress" was quite alarming with urgent but unproductive trips to the loo every hour or so. I ceased taking and things cleared up slowly over the next week. I read information subsequently that whey protein can be highly inflammatory in the body and cause multiple adverse effects affecting 1 in 5 people. I admit that I did not religiously consume the 2 litres of water daily as recommended, but always over 1 litre. Clearly, the product works fine for many but definitely not for me.

Could not apply the 5% as a new customer at checkout. It said the code isn't correct but that's not true. I sent an online enquiry to the Customer Service team but never receive a reply. They probably don't borther to reply as they got my payment.

I haven’t been able to loose any weight after 3 weeks. I am unable to walk far currently, so exercise is a problem.
