Ordered my shake, and waited nearly 2 weeks & had to email to ask if order had left, did I need to check auspost. I think more communication would have been great, saying we are swamped with orders and we are working on getting your order out. Then I would’ve know not to worry it was lost in post.

Quality and flavour never disappoints. Delivery time could be improved. Delivery was faster when Isowhey didn’t ship through the Shop store.

My favourite flavour is chocolate and vanilla,really nice. and love the chocolate as a tiny treat after dinner. Highly recommend the shakes.

I got my order (12/2024) and found out the expired day will be in January/2025! Why will I buy two tins of powder and nearly expired? I don’t think you will go to market to buy almost expired day product?

Product is what you would expect but delivery was about 2 weeks late.
